At Klatch Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee, but we are happy to offer replacements or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.
- 2.Quality Assessment
For damaged hardware or quality concerns, please include photos of the item and packaging to help us improve our roasting and shipping processes.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm your eligibility for a replacement shipment.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your fresh replacement beans within 3-5 business days.
